 OUR STORY

It all started with a blank paper and a pencil, when three minds came together in the year 2012, after realizing the Zeal within ourselves; to empower and transform lives; KDM Global (PTY) LTD was conceived. It was during that time that we discovered the importance of valuing the holistic Human Development through empowering, developing and funding solutions for the relevant industries.

We primarily ran as a management consultancy firm with its main focus on the People and Organization Development. We believed in continuously improving all aspects of personal and organizational development creating a better tomorrow than today. We were dedicated to developing, nurturing and mentoring organizations and individuals to help them realize their full potential. We believed in engaging our clients throughout the whole process of change by fully understanding goals and objectives of each one of our clients and then come up with tailor made creative and innovative solutions.

Over the years KDM Global has worked with different government and non-government organizations, societies and various business enterprises in helping them creating a competitive edge and adjusts to beneficial change. We have succeeded in developing models and tools that serve to identify our clients specific requirements and cater to addressing them in the most effective and efficient manner. Our everyday goals were to strive to acquire the most informed knowledge of the latest technologies and utilizing this knowledge to maximize the value added services to our clients.

In 2017 after now having a clear understanding of our Business Environment in Botswana; we then decided to start looking into using the Ugly Baby Glasses that’s howwe expanded KDM Global (PTY) LTD into now the KDM Global Group; which is a group of companies sharing expertise on various industries ranging from: Management Consultancy; Supplies & Distribution; Construction & Civil Engineering; Security Services; Executive Catering & Event Management; KDM Global Foods.
